The Floating Mothership

The Floating World, the voxless climax to the 2002 Simple Minds Cry album
may not have caught as many people's attention as many fans - myself included - assume it should have,
given the name of its' composer, for one good reason.

Vince Clarke originally composed this as a remix for the 2001 Simple Minds cover of Pete Shelley's song Homosapien
(if I've been reliably told the truth!),
before deciding to start again with the remix and gave what he'd already done to the band as new material.

So since attempting to reinterpret the track,
I hope you'll be happy with the results, when you hear them!
